Life Coaching is an interactive process, which focuses on achieving
results, either personal or professional, through focusing on the
present and future. The Life Coach acts as a guide helping you to
move forward in a friendly, firm and professional way. This is a
professional relationship and the Life Coach wishes to help you
to identify and then achieve those set goals. Life Coaching is a
professional and completely confidential relationship between client
and coach.
After an initial free meeting to discuss the process and to assess
your commitment, Life Coaching takes place face to face, via telephone
or email contact. Most people benefit from the services of a Life
Coach so long as they are committed to change in their life.

The cost of an individual Life Coaching session at Clear Vision
Holistics is £50. A free consultation is required to discuss
the process. A Qualified Life Coach who is a member of the International
Coach Federation (MICF) carries out all Life Coaching.
